Emotional Freedom Technique (E.F.T) is a natural tool that helps to release negative emotions - past or present.
In essence, E.F.T is acupressure on your emotions, wherein we stimulate certain meridian points by tapping on them with our fingertips while focusing on a negative emotion such as fear, anxiety, sadness or frustration. The relief from the negative emotion can be experienced within a one minute round of tapping and continuous rounds begin to install new positive feelings.
Properly coached, E.F.T frequently reduces the therapeutic process from weeks, months or years down to hours or in as few as 1-3 sessions.
